Velvet Canyon products are proudly cruelty free & vegan. Our frames are made from acetate, a material derived from cotton and wood pulp. We use high quality, 100% UV protection CR39 lenses (please recycle these at the end of their lifetime). Our packaging consists of a vegan ‘leather’ pouch (biodegradable of course), and a cream card box, perfect for repurposing as a beautiful catchall storage box, or recycling.
